Jonathan Giovanni is the Regional Quality Manager based out of Raleigh, North Carolina for MWH Constructors, a global project delivery company with a focus on water and energy. Jonathan joined MWH Constructors in 2019, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the quality management system across the organization. Jonathan is also involved in the integration of the quality management system with MWH Constructors ERP system to efficiently and effectively collect the right key performance leading and lagging indicators to drive better process decisions. Jonathan also has passion for creating and transforming the culture of quality throughout the company.
Jonathan began his career and introduction into quality in the US Navy starting out as a welder and moving into the inspection and quality control role leading the quality department onboard the Aircraft Carrier USN Carl Vinson during a nuclear refuel and overhaul. After leaving the Navy Jonathan took on the role as Regional Quality Assurance and Inspection Supervisor for ConocoPhillips. Jonathan revised and implemented a new quality management, asset integrity system and supplier qualification and quality control. Jonathan had direct involvement in the construction of over 300 multi pad well sites, multiple compressor stations and 3 (60+ Mb/d) condensate stabilization plants. During this time is where Jonathan learned and began employing Human and Organizational Performance principles into quality, which began the shift in approach towards quality in construction within ConocoPhillips. This led to Jonathan taking the role of Director of Quality for KW International, a Manufacture of production and measuring equipment. Jonathan established and implemented an ISO 9001 quality management system which included two manufacturing facilities improving overall quality on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
