"Industry wide, I've seen that quality presents a great opportunity for improvement.  Through the input of the CQEC members, I seek to gain a deeper understanding of quality system development and execution.  As a collective, the members represent an invaluable resource for construction firms looking to increase productivity, eliminate waste, and truly control the quality on their projects."

As Quality Assurance Manager, Brendan develops and administers the quality program covering the full scope of Dynalectric Colorado’s work.

Brendan works directly with field teams and project management to help ensure that every job and task meets or exceeds client's expectations. He assists with the continuous monitoring and updating of Dynalectric’s quality program, in order to maintain its relevancy and effectiveness. Additionally, he leads project commissioning efforts on everything from simple distribution panels to complex data center projects.

Brendan takes a client-centered approach, evaluating each project individually and tailoring a quality and commissioning plan to meet its particular needs.

Brendan has worked in the industry for over 15 years, gaining experience in three major markets. Before joining the Dynalectric team in 2012, he held a variety of positions, including Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Design Engineer.

Throughout his career, Brendan has been a part of many successful and landmark projects in both California and Colorado. He has gained first-hand experience in structural and hydraulic design, as well as extensive field experience.

Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and construction management from the University of Colorado. He is also a Leadership in Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP) for Building Design and Construction.

Brendan and his family enjoy skiing, hiking, fishing, and escaping to the mountains of Colorado as often as possible.
